Seasonal protection and control methods is the best way to stop these pests from over populating.

  • Winter: The winter cold forces rodents, tiny/pavement ants, spiders, and crickets (Camel Cricket / Cave Cricket / Spider Cricket) indoors for survival.
  • Spring: Spiders, crickets, ladybugs, flies, gnats, carpenter bees, termites, ants, clover mites and stored product pests thrive once temperatures stay above 60 degrees Fahrenheit for more than a few days.
  • Summer: Wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, mosquitoes, and ants become highly active again during the sweltering heat of summer.
  • Fall: As the temperatures drop again and the days get shorter expect rodents, box elder bugs, stink bugs, crickets, spiders, ants, and ladybugs to start moving in.

  • 4 scheduled visits to your home (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)
  • Our routing system allows you to know the exact scheduled date for all scheduled visits in advance. Allowing you to make preparations
  • As needed visits, in between scheduled appointments
  • If a problem arises, simply call our office and we will get you into schedule as soon as possible.
  • Control of many bugs in New York in and around your home:

Ants, Spiders, Millipedes, Sow Bugs, Centipedes, Flies, Wasps, Yellow Jackets, Hornets, Bumble Bees, Mice, Rats, Clover mites, Silverfish, Crickets and more.

Seasonal specific IPM treatments for pests of the season:

  • Spring – Inspection, monitoring, spot treatment for bugs in NY to problem areas on interior, extensive perimeter applications to exterior areas of the home; treating foundations and adjacent ground ( walkways, flower beds), roof lines, shutters, gutters and other pest harborage areas. (Application may be made with liquids with power sprayer, back pack sprayer or hand held sprayer or granules).
  • Summer – Inspection, monitoring, spot treatment to problem areas on interior, extensive perimeter applications to exterior areas of the home; treating foundations and adjacent ground ( walkways, flower beds), roof lines, shutters, gutters and other pest harborage areas. (Application may be made with liquids with power sprayer, back pack sprayer or hand held sprayer or granules).
  • Fall – Inspection, monitoring, spot treatments on interior for insects and rodents as needed (glue traps, baits, treatment of reported activity areas). Application to exterior foundation and ground floor window and door areas (Application may be made with liquids with back pack sprayer or hand held sprayer or granules).
  • Winter – Inspection, monitoring, spot treatments on interior for insects and rodents as needed (glue traps, baits, treatment of reported activity areas). No exterior applications at this time.
